At Princess Auto our Royal Service Promise states: No Sale is Final until you're Satisfied!

 If at any time you are unhappy with the quality or performance of the items we offer please contact us.  We will work with you to provide a solution which may include product repair, exchange or refund.

We will do everything possible to ensure that your orders are correct, on time and that you are happy with the service that you receive at Princess Auto. You will find the same high level of service when calling the National Call Centre as you are used to in our stores.  With knowledgeable Team Members we can answer your questions and make your experience with us very enjoyable.

Product Returns

You may return any Princess Auto product to a Princess Auto location nearest you, or if purchased via our National Call Centre, to the following address: 475 Panet Road, Box 1005, Winnipeg, MB R3C 2W7.

If returning an item to our National Call Centre, you must assume the costs and risks of product returns. In the event Princess Auto fails to deliver the product or the product arrives defective, Princess Auto will assume the cost and risk in transporting the product back to Winnipeg.

Credit card purchases will be refunded directly by us. Cash refunds are not possible through our National Call Centre Mail Order service. Any payments that were made originally by cheque or money order will be refunded by cheque.

Payments made originally by cash or debit at any of our retail locations, will be refunded in the same manner. These transactions must be accompanied by the original invoice. If you no longer have the original invoice, a cheque will be issued to you, and sent out after 10 business days.

However, due to changing market conditions beyond our control, prices are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include P.S.T., G.S.T. or H.S.T. All prices are in Canadian funds and will be billed in Canadian Dollars.

Princess Auto strives to provide accurate information on our website. However sometimes errors do occur, whether through procedural errors and or human error. Princess Auto reserves the right to make adjustments or corrections on this website at any time without notice. We will correct the error as soon as possible and contact any customers affected either by phone, mail, or email.

Pricing – Prices are subject to change. We strive to provide the most accurate and up to date prices on PrincessAuto.com but reserve the right to update, change and modify prices without notice.

Credit Card Payments - We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.  The credit card you place an order with will be charged by Princess Auto Ltd. 

***We currently do not accept our own Gift Cards, PayPal or Online Debit/ Interac for online payment - there are plans to add these payment methods in the future***

Shipping Rate - The current shipping rates are $ 6.00 (six dollars) handling fee per order and .65/ pound. Some items could ship separately and you may receive multiple shipments. In the event of multiple items and delayed shipments your credit card will be charged for the items at the time they are shipped, plus .65/ pound; the $ 6.00(six dollar) handling fee is charged on the first shipment of your order. Air stage, oversized and freight shipments are subject to additional charges - our policy is to call with a price quote before your order is completed.

What does Pending mean? - Your order has been securely placed in our e-commerce system.

What does Confirmed mean? – Your order has been received securely by our internal order processing center; it will be reviewed by a Team Member for errors and checked for availability. If stock is available your order will be processed; if stock is unavailable you will be notified by email or phone.

What does Cancelled mean? – If we do not have stock for your order or your order contains an error that cannot be fixed you will receive a cancellation notice via email.

When should I get my order? - If your order is in stock and does not contain errors you can expect delivery within 4 - 10 business days (depending on your location). You will receive an official receipt in the package with your order.

Who will deliver my order to me? - If your order is less than 66lbs it will be delivered by Canada Post to the address you provided as 'shipping address' when you placed the order. If your order is above 66lbs it will be delivered by a carrier that has been picked to minimize the cost of delivery to your area. In some cases your shipping fee will be more or less than displayed online.

Is there a tracking number? - A tracking number is generated only when your order ships from our fulfillment center. Until that time you can reference your order number during any communication with our National Call Centre.

I live the USA. Can I place an order? – We take orders for delivery to the USA; however shipping rates to USA are different than shipping rates to Canada.
Please call for a quote and more information. Certain shipping carriers charge extra duties, brokerage and freight above the costs quoted on PrincessAuto.com; we strive to provide prices that reflect the cost to purchase and deliver goods but reserve the right to adjust pricing as required when orders are shipped to the USA.

 

 

Shipping Rates

With our new unified shipping rates you can place an order at any of our locations or from the website and the freight will be the same. Rates are for Canada only.

Handling fee of $ 6.00 per order
plus .65 per pound anywhere in Canada
Excluding Air Stage Rates.
  • Princess Auto reserves the right to choose the shipping carrier.
  • Orders shipped by carriers outside of our program are subject to a minimum $ 6.00 handling fee and will be sent freight collect.
  • Air Stage customers are subject to a special quote, please call Toll Free: 1-800-665-8685.
  • For your convenience, we deliver anywhere in Canada. To make sure that orders being sent to PO boxes and rural route addresses get to their proper destination, please include a physical street address, highway number and/or an emergency number with your order.
  • Due to Canada Post weight restrictions, any item that is greater than 30kg/66lb will be delivered via courier of our choice and extra charges may apply at the rate quoted by the carrier.
