I've had this drill for 9 months, and frankly, I didn't use it much. I fully charged it when I got it and only put it to the test for putting up drywall lately, then recharged it for the 2nd time. It sat on the drywall for a week, so I figured it's charged fully, so when I went to put my 1st screw in, the battery died. So is it a good drill? I'd say yes, but I think the batteries were pooched when I bought it. Probably why it was on for only $29.00, as clearance. Thank GOD for princess auto's policy / warranty. I brought it back yesterday, NO questions asked, and exchanged it for 8340515. I am very happy with the exchange, unfortunately I can only give a 3* rating for this drill i.e. 5* for the drill itself, but took 2 off for the lousy battery. I also never liked the way this drill charged. No seperate charger, just plugin on the back of the drill to charge, so you never know if it's charging or when it's done. The new one I got has both. Check out my review of it in a few months (I have to wait and see how it works under heavy use). For now I give the 8340515 5*'s but again wait to see my full review.
