Great grinder for the price. I've used a dozen different pencil grinders and this one lasts just as long as the $400 ones and runs just as smooth. Any vibration is caused by the burr or tool in the collet. The only weakness is the wrenches. They seem to be made of a very soft material and the jaws bend easily. So far there is no option for a 3/32" collet. This grinder gets used daily. I like it so much I purchased 4, when they were on sale. :)

This tool has completely replaced my electric "Dremel" tool. I have used this tool for countless things including porting 2-stroke cylinders, cutting metal and making things fit together that shouldn't fit together. I only hope that some day Princess Auto will sell a 90 degree version of this tool.

My first one seized almost immediately. So for my replacement unit I am really watching to limit psi to it as well as keep it soppingly well oiled. Watch the clear vent tube for excessive blackness (metal in oil). Mine vibrates excessively as well, an electric version might be a better option for some.
