Prices are subject to change. We strive to provide the most accurate and up to date prices on PrincessAuto.com but reserve the right to update, change and modify prices without notice. In the event that you place an order for an item and the price is incorrect we reserve the right to adjust your order invoice and charge the correct price. Generally a Team Member from the National Call Center will contact you if there is a pricing error.

Payments

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. The credit card you place an order with will be charged by Princess Auto Ltd.

We accept PayPal for online transactions - your PayPal statement will show PAYPAL*PRINCESSAUT.

We accept Online Interac for online transactions - your financial statement will show `Princess Auto Ltd'. You must have a bank account with online banking to use Interac as a method of online payment.

***We currently do not accept our own Gift Cards for online payment - there are plans to add this payment method in the future***

PrincessAuto.com is secured using a 256 bit Extended Validation SSL - the highest available encryption level for internet security.

Shipping Rate - Canada

Canada Post

The current shipping rates for packages to Canadian addresses are $6.00 handling fee per order and $0.65/ pound. Some items could ship separately and you may receive multiple shipments.

Purolator

The rates used for Purolator are based on the size and weight of your package. We have used the online shipping rate calculator from Purolator to provide the most competitive rates we can offer for these shipments.

In the event of multiple items and delayed shipments your credit card will be charged for the items at the time they are shipped.

Business customers - please call our National Call Center if you have your own courier account and would like to charge your freight on your own account.

Shipping Rate - USA

Canada Post

The current shipping rates for packages to American addresses are $15.00 handling fee per order and $0.65/ pound. Air stage, oversize and freight shipments are subject to additional charges - our policy is to call with a price quote for these shipments before your order is completed.

Purolator USA

The rates used for Purolator are based on the size and weight of your package. We have used the online shipping rate calculator from Purolator to provide the most competitive rates we can offer for these shipments. Purolator USA should handle all brokerage fees as part of your shipping cost, but you may incur additional costs upon delivery depending on your location.

Some information about Order Status:

Received: We've received your order, and its journey through our system is underway.

Processing: Your order moves from the digital world into a magical place filled with people and inventory - in other words we are carefully executing our processes on your order: pick, pack, and prepare for shipping.

Shipped or Partial Shipment: According to our system you are patiently waiting for a shipping carrier to deliver the goods. Or you are feverishly hitting F5 (refresh) on the shipping carrier website using your tracking number. Or you've received your package and proceeded to tear it open!

Cancelled: We are not working on this order anymore. Sometimes things just don't work out.

Commonly asked questions about Orders placed online with PrincessAuto.com:

When should I get my order?

If your order is in stock and does not contain errors you can expect shipment from our facility within 48 hours and delivery within 4 - 12 business days (depending on your location). You will not receive an official receipt in the package with your order; receipts are available online from your account or by request from the National Call Center.

Who will deliver my order to me?

If your order is less than 66lbs it could be delivered by Purolator or Canada Post to the address you provided as 'shipping address' when you placed the order. If your order is above 66lbs it will be delivered by Purolator or a carrier that has been picked to minimize the cost of delivery to your area. In some cases your shipping fee may be different than displayed online.

Is there a tracking number?

A tracking number is generated when your order ships from our fulfillment center. Until that time you can reference your order number during any communication with our National Call Centre.

I live the USA. Can I place an order?

We take orders for delivery to the USA; however shipping rates to USA are different than shipping rates to Canada. You can obtain an online price quote for orders shipped using Purolator.

For USA orders shipped using Canadapost - Expresspost USA the rates are:

• $15.00 handling fee
• $0.65 per pound

Purolator and Canadapost Expresspost USA will take care of the duty and brokerage fees etc. so you will not be charged anything extra upon delivery.

For orders to the USA shipped using other carriers may be subject to extra duties, brokerage and freight above the costs quoted on PrincessAuto.com; we strive to provide prices that reflect the cost to purchase and deliver goods but reserve the right to adjust pricing as required when orders are shipped to the USA.
