For an inexpensive tub saw, this unit is quite good. It came with 4 diamond rim blades and was on sale. After replacing washers with heavier lock-washers, I had no problem with the table going out of level. Fence is accurate and stays ridged when the flip-down lock is properly adjusted. Water spray is a huge annoyance though and is therefore hard to keep track of the cut line, even with the blade "guard" down. This was easily solved by pulling the 12" marble tiles through the blade instead of traditionally pushing them through. That's especially handy for freehand cuts, of which there were many. The water-tray requires very frequent refilling. I noticed a difference in water extraction even between the (same type) blades that came with the package. for instance I had to replenish the tray half way through a 12" cut. Motor is adequate and rarely stalled once up to speed. Motor is solid and square to the table, and the included (cheapy) blades ran with not much runout -- a real bonus ! They cut 3/8" marble quite accurately. After several hundred cuts, saw still runs like a champ, although for larger monotonous jobs I would suggest a more professional unit such as a radial arm type machine with water pump. It may prove easier and less messy to use.
I used this to cut various types of wall, floor and exterior tiles with no cutting problems. The only issue I had was the tilt table did not want to stay flat or at the angle I selected.
