Pricing
Prices are subject to change. We strive to provide the most accurate and up to date prices on PrincessAuto.com but reserve the right to update, change and modify prices without notice.  In the event that you place an order for an item and the price is incorrect we reserve the right to adjust your order invoice and charge the correct price.  Generally a Team Member from the National Call Center will contact you if there is a pricing error.  

Credit Card Payments
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.  The credit card you place an order with will be charged by Princess Auto Ltd.  All orders taken on PrincessAuto.com are secured using a Verisign Extended Validation SSL - the highest available encryption level for internet security.

***We currently do not accept our own Gift Cards, PayPal or Online Debit/ Interac for online payment - there are plans to add these payment methods in the future***

Shipping Rate - Canada
The current shipping rates for packages to Canadian addresses are $6.00 handling fee per order and $0.65/ pound. Some items could ship separately and you may receive multiple shipments. In the event of multiple items and delayed shipments your credit card will be charged for the items at the time they are shipped, plus $0.65/ pound; the $6.00 handling fee is charged on the first shipment of your order. Air stage, oversized and freight shipments are subject to additional charges - our policy is to call with a price quote for these shipments before your order is completed.  For business customers - please call our National Call Center if you have your own courier account and would like to charge your freight on your own account.

Shipping Rate - USA
The current shipping rates for packages to American addresses are $15.00 handling fee per order and $0.65/ pound.  Air stage, oversize and freight shipments are subject to additional charges - our policy is to call with a price quote for these shipments before your order is completed.   For business customers - please call our National Call Center if you have your own courier account and would like to charge your freight on your own account.

What does Pending mean?
Your order has been securely placed in our e-commerce system.

What does Confirmed mean?
Your order has been received securely by our internal order processing center; it will be reviewed by a Team Member for errors and checked for availability. If stock is available your order will be processed; if stock is unavailable you will be notified by email or phone.

What does Cancelled mean?
If we do not have stock for your order or your order contains an error that cannot be fixed you will receive a cancellation notice via email.

When should I get my order?
If your order is in stock and does not contain errors you can expect delivery within 4 - 12 business days (depending on your location). You will receive an official receipt in the package with your order.

Who will deliver my order to me?
If your order is less than 66lbs it will be delivered by Canada Post to the address you provided as 'shipping address' when you placed the order. If your order is above 66lbs it will be delivered by a carrier that has been picked to minimize the cost of delivery to your area. In some cases your shipping fee will be more or less than displayed online.

Is there a tracking number?
A tracking number is generated when your order ships from our fulfillment center. Until that time you can reference your order number during any communication with our National Call Centre.

I live the USA. Can I place an order?
We take orders for delivery to the USA; however shipping rates to USA are different than shipping rates to Canada.
For USA orders shipped using Canadapost - Expresspost USA the rates are:
$15.00 handling fee
$0.65 per pound
Canadapost Expresspost USA will take care of the duty and brokerage fees etc. so you will not be charged anything extra upon delivery.


For orders to the USA over 66lbs please call for a quote and more information. Certain shipping carriers charge extra duties, brokerage and freight above the costs quoted on PrincessAuto.com; we strive to provide prices that reflect the cost to purchase and deliver goods but reserve the right to adjust pricing as required when orders are shipped to the USA.
