As a three-position four-way, closed centre valve, it is commonly used to extend and retract a double-acting hydraulic cylinder or to control a hydraulic bi-directional motor. In the centre neutral position all the ports are blocked. Its molded coils and DIN connectors are moisture and dirt resistant.
